EARTH AND
ENVIRONMENTAL
SCIENCE
Our first activity is to come up with an illustration of what we envision when we perceived the word “Earth and Environmental Science”. Obviously, I visualize circle which represents Earth and trees which represents the environment. However, I want to do it in the other way around.
For me, I represent the Earth as a hand. It’s either an ordinary hand or the hand of our Divine Providence since religion and science are interrelated. If you notice, I sketch some renewable energy technologies since it is more eco-friendly to the environment. For example, wind power, hydro power and solar energy.
Earth is always connected to the environment. Whatever we do to our environment has a huge effect on our Earth.
