1. What are the new concepts you have learned in ore deposits and types of mineral deposits and mining activities?

The new concepts that I have learned are;

• The concept of ore reserves and mineral resources

• The difference between mining and quarrying

2. What concepts you find too difficult to understand? And Why?

• So far, this topic is very interesting. :)

3. In what situation you may apply the new concepts you have learned?

• Knowing the different processes in mining will give us the idea that it has some hazardous effects either in our environment or in the health of the miners. Therefore, I can help to protect and conserve the nature by sharing to others my knowledge about its destructive effects. “Nature doesn't need People, People need Nature!”
